​Thank you for your interest and support of Pure Aroma. We are committed to getting your carefully crafted essential oils to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently ship primarily within Malaysia.

  • Standard Shipping: RM 10

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount during promotional periods. This will be clearly stated on our website.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier services such as Pos Laju, SPX, J&T Express, and Ninja Van to deliver your orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at healthwellness@purearoma.shop within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and get a replacement to you.

Lost Items: If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier company and provide a replacement or refund.
